International Service Charge Schedule

Service work will be billed as follows:

TRAVEL CHARGES:

All travel and rental cars will be billed at cost to the customer

PER DIEM EXPENSE RATE:

The per diem rate for a service call in areas outside the U.S. will be $200 per day. The per diem rate includes auto rental, meals, phones, tolls, taxis, etc.

ACCOUNTING CHARGES:

Should the Customer require additional travel cost documentation other than air travel and hotel charges, the Customer will be charged the actual expenses plus a 25% additional handling fee.

Any taxes withheld by a foreign government on the engineer's service charges will be the Customer's responsibility.

CAPTIVE TIME:

Captive time is defined as time in which the Field Service Engineer is not able to work due to interruptions by the Customer. This can also be week-end or Holiday time when it is not cost effective to return home. This time will be charged at Regular Rate times 8 hours for each day. The per diem rate will also be charged for each day.

SERVICE FEES:

Any 8 hours worked between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, will be at Regular Time Rate. Any hours in excess of 8 hours will be at the Overtime Rate. Any hours worked on Saturday will be at the Overtime Rate. Any hours worked on Sunday or a holiday will be at the Premium Rate. Any hours worked more than 16 consecutive hours will be at the Premium Rate. Note: A 10 hour rest period is required between extended hours.
