Field Service

InfoSight Corporation has a staff of highly skilled Field Service Engineers with several years of experience in maintaining and servicing our product lines. We provide service for all of our equipment wherever it is located in the world. Our service charges are outlined in the International Field Service Schedule and Domestic Field Service Schedule.


Start-Up Supervision

InfoSight Corporation can provide a trained factory service engineer to supervise the installation of our equipment at your facility. Our engineer will supervise the installation, provide startup assistance and verify the proper operation of the machine.


Training

InfoSight Corporation will provide training on the operation and maintenance of our equipment either at our factory or in your plant. Our service engineers can provide training on mechanical, electrical and software aspects of our machines. Training consists of classroom as well as hands-on instruction. Repairs

InfoSight Corporation provides repair services for all of our system components from print heads to circuit boards. In-house repairs are performed by qualified, factory-trained technicians. We also provide services to completely re-build damaged or worn print heads.


Pre-Printed Tags

InfoSight Corporation provides pre-printed tags to customers who do not wish to purchase tag printing equipment. Tags of various sizes and with optional punched holes and slots can be printed with alphanumeric text, barcodes, logos and graphics.
