Q: I need to return an item for repair. Do I need to
obtain a Return Authorization number?
A: Yes, all items returned for any reason must have a Return Authorization number. To obtain an RA, contact the factory Sales
or Shipping/Receiving departments.

Q: Where is InfoSight's corporate headquarters located, and how
do I get there?
A: Our headquarters are located in south central Ohio on Route 23, about 40 miles south of Columbus and 8 miles north of Chillicothe.
